神经刺激器引导胸椎旁神经阻滞在单侧乳腺肿块切除术中的应用 被引量：2

摘要 乳腺肿块切除术一般可在局部麻醉（local infiltration anesthesia，LIA）下完成，但局麻多出现镇痛不全，增加患者疼痛，影响手术操作。
