摘要 提出了测量LN晶体半波电压的两种具体方法——极值法和倍频法,并从理论上进行了推导,构建了LN晶体半波电压的测量系统.经过实际测量,得到了LN晶体的半波电压,并对两种方法的优缺点进行了比较. In this paper,the linear electro-optical theory of LN crystal is introduced.Meanwhile,two metrical methods of LN crystal half-wave voltage are introduced: extremal measure method and frequency doubling method.The theoretical formula and measuring system of the half-wave voltage are established.The comparison result between the two methods is carried out.At last,the application of electro-optical modulation is introduced.
