摘要
分别利用Pro/E和ANSYS Workbench软件对管夹进行了三维实体建模与静态特性分析,并通过形状优化分析对管夹进行了结构优化,不仅减少了管夹的质量,还提高了其强度,为管夹结构的改进提供了可靠的参考依据。
The 3D solid model of tube clip is built by Pro/E software, and then the static characteristics are calculated by Pro/E and ANSYS Workbench. Through the shape optimization analysis, the structure of tube clip is optimized, not only reducing the mass of the tube clip, but also improving the tube clip strength. This provides reliable reference for the structural improvement of tube clips.
