摘要
针对机械系统测试数据拟合曲线过程中存在的问题,对测试系统数据处理方法进行了探究,建立了以最小二乘法为基础的曲线拟合的数据处理流程,探讨了项数对拟合导函数的影响,确定了最佳拟合项数为7项。实验证明该方法可以获得客观、符实的拟合曲线,为机械综合性能分析、故障检测、机构开发结构参数设计以及设备改进等提供了重要可靠的依据。
As for the problems with testing data of mechanical systems in curve fitting, the paper studies the processing methods of the testing data, and establishes a data processing cycle based on least square for fitting curve. The paper also studies the influence of fitting power and finds the best fitting power is 7. Experiments have proved its objectivity and reliability. These studies can provide some reference for the overall performance analysis of machinery, the failure detection as well as the equipment improvement and so on.
