摘要
介绍了一套基于PLC及步进电机控制的自动喷涂机。该系统基于西门子PLC和步进电机位置控制器控制,使用西门子操作员面板为人机界面,实现了发动机内壁涂层的自动喷涂,改善了涂层的均匀性,提高了工作效率,避免了挥发性气体对操作人员的身体伤害。
In this paper, a set of automatic spraying machine using stepping motor control based on PLC is introduced. The system is based on Siemens PLC and stepping motor position control, and Siemens operator panel is used for man-machine interface, realizing automatic spraying of the engine inner wall coating, improving the uniformity of the coating, increasing work efficiency, and avoiding an injury from the volatile gas to human body.
