摘要
新教员业务素质的培养与提高是大学管理中值得长期关注的问题。本文结合军队院校新教员培养的现状,从组织、制度以及老教授和新教员这几个角度讨论了新教员素质培训的方法。
Cultivation and promotion of the teaching ability of the fresh teachers are paid much attention to in the university management. According to the present state of the fresh teachers in military academies, methods for the training fresh teachers are discussed from the angles of organization, system, and the experienced professors and fresh teachers.
