摘要
本文通过笔者编著英语视听说教材以及教授英语专业学生视听说课程的实践经验,针对英语专业学生思辩能力相对比较薄弱的现实,尝试把高级英语视听说教材中每一个单元的节目内容与广阔的社会大背景有机地融合起来,对节目相关问题进行延伸思考,通过讨论、辩论、陈述、写作等各种形式对提出的问题进行解答,以此提高学生的思辩能力。
This paper is based on the practice of the author in compiling English program - watching textbooks and teaching English majors' program -watching course. It is widely acknowledged that English majors in China are weak in logic thinking. With an attempt to improve English majors' thinking power, the paper proposes that the content of every program in the program -watching textbook be organically integrated with the social background so that some questions in the program can be extended to the society and explored thoroughly. Finally, the questions will be answered in the form of discussion, debate, presentation and writing.
