可中断负荷激励机制是缓解用电高峰期电力紧张的有效措施。参考台湾电力公司、江苏电网、河北南部电网采用的可中断负荷激励的主要方式及成效,提出了绍兴电网实施可中断负荷激励的设想,并从实施时间、实施主体、实施范围、补偿方式等方面提出具体的实施方案。

Establishing the interruptible load incentive mechanism is an effective way to ease power supply shortage during peak hours. This paper refers to the implementation methods and effects of the interruptible load incentive mechanisms adopted by Taiwan Electric Power Corporation, Jiangsu grid and South Hebei grid, proposes to carry out this mechanism in Shaoxing grid and the detailed implementation plan in terms of time, subject, scope and compensation mode.
