摘要
新生代农民工已经成为现代化建设的主力军,提高新生代农民工的就业能力是实现城市化发展的关键,文章通过对河南省851名新老两代农民工样本及用人单位的实证调查,从代际差异的视角分析评价了新生代农民工的就业能力及状况,整体素质有所提升,技能低仍是职业发展的瓶颈;可获得的社会资源单薄,社会救助力度较弱;用工结构出现调整;公共服务较少惠及,社会保障水平低。基于农民工就业实际状况的分析,提出了整合社会资源,加大农民工培训力度;推进社会保障体制改革,改善民生;营造社会和谐氛围等方面的相应对策。
New generation of migrant workers have become the main force of modernization,to improve the employability of the new generation of migrant workers in urban development in the meaning of the title.This study research 851 samples of old and new generations of migrant workers and employers from Henan Province and analyze a new generation of migrant workers' employability situation from the perspective of intergenerational differences:the overall quality has improved,low skills still career development bottleneck;the availability of social resources thin and weak social assistance efforts;market demand Exuberant and employment structural adjustment;less to benefit the public service and the low level of social security.based on the ability of the actual situation analysis from Employment of migrant workers.We proplse the integration of social resources and increase traiing efforts of migrant workers;reform of the social security systm and improve people' s livelihood;build an atmosphere of social harmony and other aspects of countermeasures.
