仔鳗开食配合饲料的研制 被引量:3

摘要 仔鳗对饲料中的大颗粒极为反感 ,当饲料中出现直径为 70 μm的组分时 ,被仔鳗摄入口中的饲料有6 0 %以上被吐出。质构粗糙 ,缺乏粘弹性的饲料同样不被仔鳗接受。试验条件下 ,质构不同的饲料 ,其吐出率从2 0 %升高到 80 %以上。以国内价廉水产动物体为主要原料 ,采用适宜的加工条件 ,制得国内第一批实验仔鳗开食配合饲料。仔鳗在分别食入该新型饲料和天然饵料丝蚯蚓后 ,特别生长率分别为每天 0 .76 2 %和 0 .783% ,相互间无统计差异。采用该新型开食配合饲料在保证仔鳗生长率的前提下 ,彻底堵绝了由天然饲料带病菌。 Elver detests the feed with larger particles. If the elver ate the feed with the particles in diameter of 70 micrometers, more than 60% feed would be spat. The elver also didn't like the feed with rough texture and without viscosity. In the trial condition, the spat ratio of feed was increased from 20% to 80% when the elver fed the feed with different texture. The first batch of trial starting formula feed for elver was produced from the cheap body tissues of aquatic livestock in the appropiate processing conditions. The daily special growth rate of the elver was up to 0.762% and 0.783% when the elver fed this new kind of the feed and natural worm respectively. There were no any statistic differences between them. Therefore, the utilization of starting formula feed could ensure the growth rate of elver and also bloked the way to carry the disease germs, virus and parasites to the culture pond by natural feed.
