胆道疾病的肝移植治疗
摘要
任何形式的不可逆性终末期肝脏疾病，且通过肝脏移植可以治愈的，都是肝脏移植的适应证。许多严重的胆道系统疾病到了终末期无法医治，导致肝功能衰竭，肝移植成为唯一的治疗选择。近些年，随着恶性肿瘤行肝移植比例的减少，胆道疾病的比例在逐步增加，主要适应证包括原发性胆汁性肝硬化、原发性硬化性胆管炎、胆管癌、儿童先天性胆道疾病等。本文将对肝移植治疗上述几种常见胆道疾病的现状进行讨论。
