改良双Endobutton技术治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端不稳定性骨折的肩关节功能评定 被引量:2

摘要 目的对经典的双Endobutton技术进行改良,治疗锁骨远端不稳定性骨折和Rock—woodⅢ型以上的肩锁关节脱位,探索新术式的疗效。方法2010年3月至2011年1月就诊的18例锁骨远端不稳定性骨折和Ⅲ型以上的肩锁关节脱位的患者,予以改良的双Endobutton技术重建喙锁韧带,术后予以Constant—Murley评分。结果术后随访4~10个月,本组14例疗效为优,4例为良,优良率为100%。未发生并发症。结论改良的双Endobutton技术重构锁骨远端的生物稳定性,术式简单易行,手术时间短,疗效满意。 Objective To examine the efficacy of modified endobutton technology in treatment of Tossy type Ⅲ acromioclavicular joint dislocation and unstable distal clavicle fracture. Methods From March 2010 to January 2011,18 patients with Tossy type Ⅲ acromioclavicular joint dislocation and unstable distal clavicle fractures received reconstruction of coracoclavicnlar ligament with modified double endobutton technology. The patients were evaluated after operation according to Constant - Murley score. Results The patients undergoing the operation were followed up for 4 - 10 months. Result of all cases was rated as excellent (14 cases) or good (4 cases) without complication. Conclusion Modified double endobutton technology is an easy and effective method for treating type Ⅲ acromioclavicular joint dislocation and unsta- ble distal clavicle fracture. Function recovery of acromioclavicular joint is fast without complication.
