摘要
绢纺制绵、缫丝煮茧与副产品加工、丝绸印染精练等生产废水中存在大量溶解性丝胶蛋白质, 直接排放时有机物含量严重超标。通过对缫丝厂煮茧和副产品加工废水的净化, 使之达到排放要求的同时, 提出回收其中丝胶蛋白质的方法, 以及用以制备混合氨基酸合铜, 用作农作物种子消毒灭菌液和植物叶面氮肥新产品的途径。
Waste water from silk spinning and draft making, cocoon cooking and silk reeling, by_product processing or silk dyeing/printing contains a great deal of soluble sericin protein, and will produce excessive organic substance when discharging directly. Such effluent from filatures can achieve its quality standards through depuration. The paper also presents a method to reclaim sericin protein for preparation of mixed amino acid copper serving as disinfectant for crop seeds and nitrogenous fertilizer for plant leaves.
