Weaving Technology and Product Development of Heavy Silk Fabrics(1)

系统地阐述了真丝重磅织物的织造工艺及系列产品的开发成果。采用大卷装有捻并丝机， 探索了适合于多根丝线并合的相关工艺方案及其控制装置， 有效控制并丝张力。通过对粗旦真丝加捻技术的研究和试验， 确定了适合重磅真丝类产品的捻度范围。对有梭织机进行改进， 制定合理的织造工艺方案。在此基础上开发了系列真丝重磅织物。

Systematically presents the weaving technology and newly_developed products of heavy silk fabrics. Investigations are made by using large package twisting doubling frame on relevant processing plans and yarn tension control devices applied to multiyarn doubling. The research and experiment of twisting technology for coarse_denier silk yarn defines the twisting range of real silk yarns. As a result, a series of heavy silk fabrics are developed by renovated shuttle looms and proper weaving plans.
