干部队伍建设的政治生态环境探析

A Study on the Eco-political Environment for Training Government Officials

政治生态环境对领导干部的从政观念、领导行为、精神状态和工作作风具有举足轻重的影响,营造良好的政治生态环境是加强干部队伍建设的根本之策。以实证方法分析当前政治生态环境存在的九个突出问题,提出了综合治理干部队伍建设的政治生态环境的若干对策建议:积极而稳妥地推进政治体制改革;以改革创新精神加强党的组织建设;高度重视制度的构建过程;积极推进党内民主;健全正确的选人用人导向和机制;加强领导干部的日常管理;进一步改善社会文化环境。

The eco-political system has great effect on the government officials＇ concepts of leadership,personal behavior,metal status and working styles,so the development of an optimum eco-political environment is essential to the construction of an effective pool of executive talents.In this paper,empirical methods will be used to analyze nine major problems and to propose a number of suggestions on improving the eco-political environment for cultivating government officials,including,steadily advancing the political reform,strengthening the construction of party organizations in terms of innovation,promoting inner-Party democracy,and improving social and cultural environment,etc.
