摘要
比较了几种国内中厚板热处理装备的优势和劣势,论述了近几年被广泛采用的辐射管加热氮气保护辊底式热处理炉的特点,简述了部分国内新建中厚板厂热处理设备的组成情况及其主要用途,介绍了目前需通过热处理工艺生产的主要中厚板品种。
A comparison of advantages and disadvantages of several heat treatment equipment for medium plate production in some domestic plants is introduced in this paper.The characteristics of radiant tube heating and nitrogen protection heat treatment furnace,which have been widely used in recent years are described.The composing of heat treatment equipment for medium plate production in some newly-built domestic plants,their application,as well as main medium plate grades are presented.
