摘要
建立一种测定蔬菜和水果中30种有机磷农药残留的气相色谱-质谱方法,所有农药在30min内流出能良好地分离,农药标准的线性范围在0.02~1.0μg/mL,相关系数r均大于0.99,3种浓度加标回收率在72%~109%之间,相对标准偏差均小于10%,检出限(LOD,S/N≥3)为0.002~0.010mg/Kg(S/N≥3),定量限(LOQ,S/≥10)为0.010~0.030mg/kg。该方法选择性强,适用于快速测定蔬菜、水果中多种常用有机磷农药残留,且准确度好,精密度高,达到残留量检测中所要求的检测浓度水平。
To establish a method for determination the residues of thirty kinds of organophosphorus pesticide in vegetables and fruits by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.All of them were well separated within 30min.The calibration of those pesticides were linear(correlation coefficients not less than 0.99) with in the range of 0.02-1.0μg/mL.The detection limits(S/N≥3) for the method varied from 0.002mg/kg to 0.010mg/kg and the quantitation limits(S/N≥10)varied from 0.010mg/kg to 0.030mg/kg.The average recoveries at three different concentrations in cabbage and grape ranged from 72% to 109%,the relative standard deviations(RSD)of the method was no more than 10%.The method is suitable for determining multiple pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits with satisfactory sensitivity,accuracy and precision.
