广州市中老年女性高血压病中医体质状况及分析

The physical condition and analysis of traditional Chinese medicine of hypertension in elderly women in Guangzhou city

目的:本研究通过中老年女性高血压病体质分析,为临床干预提供理论支持。方法:采用2009年中华中医药学会颁布的《中医体质分类与判定》标准,对自愿参与实验的中老年女性高血压病患者进行问卷调查。结果:高血压病组女性平和质所占比例少于对照组,兼夹体质所占比例高于普通组;兼夹体质中出现频率按高低排列为:气虚质、阴虚质、血瘀质、阳虚质、痰湿质、气郁质、湿热质、特禀质。结论:高血压病女性以气虚质、阴虚质、血瘀质兼夹为多的虚实夹杂体质为主,临床应以益气活血、养阴滋阴为主治疗。

Objective：This study analyses traditional Chinese medicine of hypertension in elderly women in Guangzhou city in order to provide theoretical support for clinical intervention. Methods： We conducted questionnaire surveys of volunteers using the ＂Chinese constitution classification and determine standard＂ promulgated by Chinese Medical Association in 2009. Results： The proportion of moderate quality in hypertension group was less than that of control group, but the folders quality in hypertension group was higher than that of control group. Frequency of occurrence in folders quality arranged by the level was the quality deficiency, yin deficiency, blood stasis quality, yang quality, phlegm, qi quality, hot and humid nature, special intrinsic quality. Conclusion： Most of women with hypertension is Yin qi women qualitative, blood stasis and quality of our land which is mixed with physical primarily, so the treatment should mainly supplement qi and activate blood circulation, nourish yin in clinical.
