前牙烤瓷修复中技师再现比色的差异对比 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究在金属烤瓷冠修复过程中技师再现口腔色彩的差异。为修复过程中再现自然的口腔色彩。使比色效果的再现与患者的个性需求尽量匹配。方法:应用计算机辅助下数码相机拍照,对本院修复科门诊预行前牙烤瓷冠修复的100例患者中,记录技师所选Vita比色板色度值。结果:技师在两种方法的色彩再现存在明显差异,在数码比色过程中能有效恢复患者的牙齿色彩与形态。结论:在临床修复比色的过程中技师应该相对参考患者的意见下,使比色的结果更加符合患者对口腔色彩的需求。 Objective :To study the difference of shade selection for technologist in porcelain fused to metal of patients' anterior teeth, and in order to provide perfect color for matching the individual needs. Methods: 100 patients who would have porcelain fused to metal all ceram crowns for their anterior teeth in the prosthodontic clinic and the color values selected relevant prosthodontists to matching nature teeth which were compared the outcome by recording color values in Vita shade with using aid of computers and digital camera.Patients satisfaction rate were statistically analysed by double blind. Results: Color reappear of two methods presented significant differences in technologist ,but it can recovered patients' teeth color and morphology by using digital camera. Conclusion: In the select color periods, the technologist will consult the patients' advice for perfect colors in order to individual needs of oral color.
