放疗联合唑来膦酸治疗胃癌骨转移58例疗效分析

Curative effect of treating 58 bone metastasis patients of gastric cancer by radiotherapy combined with zoledronic acid

目的:研究放疗联合唑来膦酸治疗胃癌骨转移的临床疗效。方法:将58例胃癌骨转移患者随机分为放疗联合唑来膦酸组(24例),单纯放疗组(19例),单纯唑来膦酸组(15例)进行治疗;观察比较各组止痛及改善活动能力的效果。结果:治疗结束时放疗联合唑来膦酸、单纯放疗及单纯唑来膦酸治疗组止痛有效率分别为87.5%、62.5%和60.7%,放疗联合唑来膦酸治疗胃癌骨转移止痛效果较单纯放疗组及单纯唑来膦酸组明显,差异有显著性(P<0.05),放疗联合唑来膦酸组对活动能力改善总有效率与单纯放疗组及单纯唑来膦酸组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:放疗联合唑来膦酸治疗胃癌骨转移疗效优于单纯放疗或单纯唑来膦酸治疗,可明显提高患者疼痛缓解率,延长疼痛缓解时间,显著改善患者活动能力,是治疗胃癌骨转移的理想方案。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of treating bone metastasis patients of gastric cancer by radiotherapy combined with zoledronic amly divicid. NIethods：A total of 58 patients with bone metastases of gastric cancer were randoded into throe groups in which treatment group （24 patients received radiotherpy combined with zoledronie acid） and control group（ 19 patients received only radiotherpy and 15 patients received only zoledronic acid） were carried out the treatment,and pain release and activity improving were evaluated. Results：At the time of the end of therapy,total effectiveness rate of pain release in three groups was 87.5%,57.9% and 53.3% respectively. There were significant difference in pain release （P〈0.05） and activity improving （P〈0.05） between the treatment group and control group. Conclusion： The effect of radiotherpy combined with zoledronic acid in the treatment for patients with bone metastases of gastric cancer was better than only radiotherapy,or only zoledronic acid therapy.The methods can significantly improve the response rate in patients with pain, prolong pain relief time and improve patients activity, which was the ideal proposal in treating patients with bone metastases of gastric cancer.
