外籍裁判执法中国篮球职业联赛对篮球裁判工作的启示

篮球裁判员是篮球比赛的执法者和管理者,参照外籍裁判执法中国篮球职业联赛的情况,分析了我国裁判队伍的基本状况,提出了我国裁判员应抓住机遇,加强临场执裁实践、专业理论和英语的学习,提高裁判的整体水平,逐步向裁判职业化、年轻化、知识化的方向发展。

Basketball officials are the referees and managers in a basketball game.This article discusses the status of foreign referees of China Basketball Association（CBA）,analyses the domestic basketball referees＇ situation,and gives advices on referees＇ development.Author suggests that we should seize opportunities,and give priority on judging practices,professional theory and English learning,and through this,we can improve the level of our referee team,also gradually to the develop direction of professional,younger,and knowledgeable.
