如何根据《体育与健康课程标准》中"健康第一"的指导思想,有效实施体育与健康课程的教学,我结合个人的教学实践与体会,从健康的三个方面——身体健康、心理健康和社会适应能力,结合课程标准的初中学段(即水平四),来讲述"健康第一"的重要性。
