摘要
针对当前企业面临的竞争与生存压力,研究了客户价值导向的企业合作联盟。通过分析客户价值的合理内涵和关键特征提出了客户价值导向的企业合作联盟绩效评价的过程,同时构建了企业合作联盟绩效评价模型。最后运用AHP和TOPSIS相结合的方法,论证了客户价值导向的合作联盟绩效评价方法的可行性和有效性。
For the current competition and survival pressure of enterprises, this paper studied the customer value-oriented enterprise cooperation alliance. By analyzing the reasonable meaning and the key features of customer value the process of customer value-oriented enterprise cooperation alliance performance evaluation was advocated and built the cooperative alliance performance evaluation system. Finally, using the combine of AHP and TOPSIS method proposed that customer value-oriented evaluation of alliance performance is feasibility and effectiveness.
