摘要
目的研究不合理信念对各来源教师压力的影响作用。方法对202名包头初中骨干教师进行观念测试与教师压力问卷的调查。结果教师的不合理信念依次为外部赞许,责任推移与规则绝对化。主要的压力源是工作负荷、管理与评价、生活状况与社会期望。影响教师压力的主要不合理信念是责任推移与外部赞许,尤其是观念测试中第7和1题反映的不合理信念。结论不合理信念对教师压力影响显著,应特别关注包含责任推移与外部赞许因素的认知。
Objective To research the effect of unreasonable belief on of teachers' pressures from different sources.Methods 202 Junior middle school leading teachers were investigated in Baotou with Ellis' idea examination and questionnaire of teachers' pressure.Results The main unreasonable believes included exteriorcommends,shirks responsibility and absolute rule.The main pressure sources were from workload,management and evaluation,living condition and society expectations.The major unreasonable believes which influencing teachers' pressures were shirks responsibility and exteriorcommends,especially item 1 and 7 in the idea examination.Conclusion Unreasonable believes have significant effects on teachers' pressures.Cognitive adjusting associated with exteriorcommends and shirks responsibility should be concerned particularly.
