摘要
目的比较杭州市大学生不同体育锻炼水平组间情商、生命质量、健康体适能的差异,探索体育锻炼水平、生命质量及健康体适能对情商的影响程度。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,对抽中的1200名杭州市大学生进行健康体适能检测,并采用Bar-on情商量表、SF-36量表和简版国际体育锻炼量表调查对大学生的情商、生命质量和体育锻炼水平进行测评。结果大学生体育锻炼达到推荐水平组的情商、生命质量的某些维度分和健康体适能明显高于体育锻炼不足和不锻炼组(P<0.01)。体育锻炼水平、心理健康、性别、握力和总体健康5个变量是预测杭州市大学生情商的最佳线性组合因素(P<0.05)。结论参加体育锻炼也许是提高生理、心理健康和情商的一种有效的方式,因此,高校应该重视和加强大学生的体育锻炼,全面提高大学生的身心健康。
Objective To explore the effect of physical activity(PA) levels,health-related quality of life(HRQL),and health-related physical fitness(HRPF) on compare emotional intelligence(EI) through comparing EI,HRPF and HRQL among different PA levels of college students in Hangzhou City.Methods a total of 1200 Hangzhou City college students were selected by cluster randomized sampling method and assessed by HRPF measurement and three questionnaires including the Bar-On Emotional Quotient Inventory(EQ-I),the Medical Outcomes Study 36-item Short-Form Health Survey(MOS SF-36) and the short version of the International Physical Activity Questionnaire(IPAQ).Results College participants whose PAs didn't less than the recommended level had significantly higher values than those in their insufficient and inactive controls(p0.01).The variables of physical activity,mental health,gender,holding strength and general health were considered as the best linear combination to predict the EI of college students in Hangzhou city(p0.05).Conclusion Participation in PA might be an effective way to improve the physical,psychological as well as emotional health of college students.Increasing exercise participation in colleges should be reinforced and implemented,which will benefit the physical and mental health of college students.
