摘要 C肽是胰岛素释放的一种标记物,具有广泛的生物活性。体内外实验证实,C肽可激活多种信号分子,影响糖尿病及非糖尿病的人和动物的神经、肾脏和微血管等功能,发挥调节和保护作用。因此,C肽可作为临床上相关疾病的潜在治疗手段。 C-peptide,a cleavage product of the proinsulin,has wide biological activities.In vitro and in vivo experiments testified that C-peptide influenced the functions of nerve,kidney and microvascules and played a protective role through triggering different signaling molecules.As a result,C-peptide can be used as a potential drug for relative diseases' treatments.
