摘要
Semaphorins是一大类具有保守Seam结构域的信号蛋白,除了在神经系统中具有重要作用外,在肿瘤生长、血管内皮细胞迁移、免疫反应等方面也有重要的生物学功能。树突状细胞(dendritic cells,DCs)在免疫应答的首要环节抗原提呈中扮演着重要的角色,是目前公认的体内功能最强大的专职性抗原提呈细胞(antigen-presenting cell,APC)。文章主要阐述了Semaphorins与DCs的结构、分型、功能等,以及他们之间在免疫系统中的作用。
Semaphorins belongs to a large class of signaling proteins with a conserved Seam domain.In addition to the nervous system,Semaphorins also play key roles in tumor growth,vascular endothelial cell migration and immune response.Dendritic cells(DCs) play an important role in antigen presentation and so far considered as the most powerful professional antigen presenting cells(APCs).This paper described the structures,types,functions of Semaphorins and DCs,and their roles in the immune system.
