摘要
基于问题的教学法(Problem-based learning,PBL)已被广泛采用,但在中国的医学教学中存在一定短板。本研究在病理生理学教学中设计应用了"基于病例的引导复习("Case-Based Reviewing,CBR),得到学生普遍接受与支持,认为CBR能改进学习方法,帮助树立"整体"医学概念,提高基础与临床相结合的能力。
Pedagogy of problem-based learning(PBL) has been widely used in the world,but in China there still exist some disadvantages in the medical teaching.In this study,case-based reviewing(CBR) was designed and practiced in our pathophysiology teaching based on the advantages and disadvantages of PBL.Most of our students were favorable to CBR which improved the learning method,global conception of medicine and the combination of the basic and clinical medicine.
