宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变181例临床分析 被引量：12

摘要 宫颈上皮内瘤变（cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN）是一组与宫颈浸润癌密切相关的癌前病变。该病发展为宫颈原位癌和宫颈浸润癌的风险，分别是正常宫颈上皮的20倍和7倍。早期诊断、治疗CIN，是降低宫颈癌发病率的关键。宫颈环形电切术（loop electrosurgical excision procedure, LEEP）是近年发展起来的一种新技术，
