摘要
顺铂化疗对肾功能的损害已有共识。目前,国外根据肌酐清除率调整顺铂剂量,而国内对顺铂化疗剂量的选择与调整缺乏规范与标准,无法为肿瘤患者提供优质的个体化治疗。通过查阅国内外文献,全面介绍肿瘤患者肾功能的评估指标,总结化疗药物剂量调整原则及方式,综述国外顺铂剂量选择与调整的现状。
It＇s well known that cisplatin（DDP） impairs renal functions.At present,creatinine clearance is mainly leveraged to select the proper dose of cisplatin overseas.However,there isn＇t any guideline and standard for it in China.Therefore,it＇s unable to provide the high-quality individualized treatment.Through looking up domestic and overseas documents,the evaluation indexes of renal function of patients with tumor,the principles and methods of dose adjustment of chemotherapeutic agents will be introduced,and a summary of the current situation of selection and adjustment of cisplatin overseas will be given.
