摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Turner C18柱;流动相:乙腈-水(65∶35);流速:1.0 mL.min-1;柱温:30℃;检测波长:322 nm;进样量:10μL。结果显示,蛇床子素在0.49~49μg.mL-1的浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率(n=6)为96.33%,RSD为2.80%。
An HPLC method was adopted.The determination was performed on a Turner C18 column with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(65∶35) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 322 nm and the column temperature was 30℃.The linear range of osthol was 0.49~49 μg·mL-1(r=0.9999) with an average recovery of 96.33%(RSD=2.80%,n=6).
