机组能耗分区排序节能发电调度对电网的影响 被引量:4

Influence of Energy-saving Dispatching Using Energy-consume Sequence According District Partition on Power Grid

摘要 节能发电调度的实施对于降低能源消耗和减少污染物排放具有重要作用,为了使节能调度方式更好地达到节能目的,必须合理安排发电机组运行方式。为此,基于机组能耗分区排序节能发电调度方式,提出了该调度方式下的机组运行方式调整方法。并以河北南网2009年夏季峰荷运行方式作为研究对象,通过建立基于现有发电调度方式、能耗排序节能发电调度方式和能耗分区排序节能发电调度方式的3种机组运行方式,研究了节能发电调度对电网潮流、输电线路故障极限切除时间、以及网络损耗的影响。研究结果不仅表明相比于现有发电调度方式,节能发电调度实施后的电网的潮流发生改变、暂稳特性降低、网损增加,而且表明能耗分区排序节能发电调度有效地改善了能耗排序节能发电调度对电网运行特性造成的不利影响,同时表明了所提出机组运行方式调整方法的可行性。 In order to save the energy with the help of energy-saving dispatching,the generators operating mode must be managed properly.Consequently,we put forward an adjustment method of generators operating mode based on the energy-saving dispatching of using energy-consumption range according to districts partition.Moreover,we established operation modes of Hebei Southern Grid in 2009 based on three kinds of summer peak load levels in the current dispatching manner,in the dispatching manner according to energy-consumption range,and in the dispatching manner according to districts partition,respectively.Finally,we analyzed the influences of the dispatching manners on the power flow,the critical time on transmit line fault clearing,and active power loss of the grid.The results not only show that the energy-saving dispatching takes disadvantageous effect on the grid,but also show that the energy-saving dispatching based on energy-consuming range according to districts partition effectively ameliorates the disadvantageous impact on the operating characteristics of the grid compared with the energy-saving dispatching based on energy-consuming range.Meanwhile,the practicability of the proposed adjustment method of generators operating mode is testified.
