摘要
采用普通水泥和其他两种固结剂为胶结材料对金山店铁矿全尾矿进行了胶结对比试验。对不同的养护龄期、料浆浓度及灰砂比下胶结体的单轴抗压强度进行测定,由此分析养护龄期、料浆浓度及灰砂比对胶结体抗压强度影响。最后,通过对不同龄期、料浆浓度及灰砂比的充填试样进行SEM扫描试验,分析各因素对生成水化物的影响,对充填体反应机理进行了探讨,为金山店铁矿充填采矿参数的选取提供了有益的依据。
A series of laboratory cementing experiments on the total tailings from Jinshandian iron mine were conducted by using ordinary cement and other two kinds of cement agents as cementing materials in this paper.Aiming at the measurements of uniaxial compressive strength of the filling samples under different combinations of curing ages,slurry concentration and cement-tailings ratio,the effects of the above cementing parameters on the uniaxial compressive strength of filling samples were discussed.Finally,through the Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM) experiments for filling samples with different ages,slurry concentration and cement-tailings ratio,the effect of each factor on the formation of hydrates was analyzed,and a useful probe was conducted about the reaction mechanism,which provided a theoretical basis for the choice of technical parameters of filling mining technology in Jinshandian iron mine.
