摘要
对难选镍矿石进行了浮选工艺条件试验研究。根据难选矿石性质,在试验中选择有效抑制剂与活化剂,加强了对矿泥的抑制与分散和对磁黄铁矿的活化与捕收,提高了浮选指标。试验确定的工艺条件应用到生产中,在精矿品位不降低的情况下,镍回收率提高了1.4%。
The experimental research on refractory nickel ore floatation conditions are carried out.According to the ore features,effective depressor is added to strengthen the restrain and disgregation of ore slime,and activator is added to enhance the activation and catching of magnetic pyrite.As a result,the recovery rate of nickel is 1.4 % higher when the concentrate grade doesn't decrease.
