摘要 目的:建立高取代羟丙纤维素动力黏度的测定方法。方法:用旋转流变仪测出高取代羟丙纤维素的流变学性质。结果:通过实验,确定测定高取代羟丙纤维素动力黏度的温度为20℃±0.1℃,剪切速率为10 s-1。结论:该方法简便、准确,重现性好,适用于高取代羟丙纤维素动力黏度的测定。 Objective:To establish the determination method of dynamic viscosity of hydroxypropylcellulose.Methods:Rheological properties of the hydroxypropylcellulose is tested with concentric cylinder rheometer.Results:Through experiments,the optimum conditions to determine the dynamic viscosity of hydroxypropylcellulose are temperature(20±0.1) ℃ and shear rate of 10 s-1.Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate and with good repeatability.It can be applied to determine the dynamic viscosity of hydroxypropylcellulose.
