陕西某高校健康教职工血清对氧磷酶浓度及其影响因素

Concentration of serum paraoxonase and the influencing factors among university health population of Shanxi

摘要 目的探讨陕西省某高校健康教职工血清对氧磷酶(PON)浓度分布特征及其临床意义,为改善该人群的健康状况提供依据。方法随机抽取陕西省某高校健康知识分子270名,测量研究对象坐位收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP);取清晨空腹静脉血检测总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)等生化指标,以酶联免疫吸附法检测对氧磷酶水平;分析对氧磷酶与各生理生化指标的相关性。结果男性lg-PON为(5.51±0.67)pg/mL,女性为(5.83±0.76)pg/mL,差异有统计学意义(P=0.011)。PON浓度在各年龄组教职工之间差异无统计学意义。多元回归分析发现,PON与LDL-C(r=-0.354)和血糖(r=-0.134)呈显著负相关,而与HDL-C(r=0.793)呈显著正相关(P值均<0.05)。结论高校知识分子PON浓度男性低于女性,LDL-C,HDL-C和血糖影响PON的浓度。 Objective To investigate concentration of serum paraoxonase in university health population of Shaanxi.Methods A total of 270 health teachers were randomly chosen.Their SBP and DBP were tested.The correlation of paraoxonase and the related biochemical indicators were analyzed.Results The level of serum LgPON in male was(5.51±0.67)pg/mL,lower than that in female which was(5.83±0.76)pg/mL(P=0.011).There was no significant difference between each age group.Multivariate regression analysis found that there were significantly inversely correlation between PON and LDL-C(r=-0.354) and serum glucose(r=-0.134),significantly positive correlation with HDL-C(r=0.793)(P〈0.05).Conclusion PON concentrations is lower in men than in women,LDL-C,HDL-C and blood glucose can affect PON concentration in university in Shaanxi.
