硅胶管环形植入治疗下泪小管断裂的临床观察

CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON SILICONE TUBE RING IMPLANTATION TREATMENT USED FOR INFERIOR LACRIMAL DUCT FRAGMENTATION

目的观察硅胶管环形植入治疗下泪小管断裂的临床效果。方法选择外伤性下泪小管断裂患者共37例,以Worst探针引导硅胶管植入上下泪小管内呈闭合环形并保留3个月。结果 37例下泪小管断裂吻合成功,36例泪道冲洗通畅,成功率97.3%。结论硅胶管环形植入是治疗下泪小管断裂的一种显效方法,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of silicone tube ring implantation treatment used for inferior lacrimal duct fragmentation.Methods 37 cases of traumatic inferior lacrimal duct fragmentations were select,and silicone tube guided by Worst probe was implanted into superior and inferior lacrimal ducts in order to present a closed ring shape and keep it for 3 months.Results In 37 successful cases of inferior lacrimal duct fractures anastomosis,36 cases of lacrimal were patency and it contribute to success rate of 97.3%.Conclusion Silicone ring implantation is an effective medical treatment which is worth promoting for inferior lacrimal duct fragmentation.
