在侧卧位下行股骨粗隆间骨折固定手术的透视方法 被引量：7

摘要 股骨粗隆间骨折多见于老年人,保守治疗不愈合或畸形愈合率高,其治疗方法现已逐渐趋向于内固定治疗。但无论是应用DHS、LCP还是PFNA固定,能否在术中获得准确的正、侧位X线影像,从而判断内固定物是否在骨髓腔内成为手术成功与否的关键。常规的手术体位为牵引状态下的仰卧体位,如牵引手术床使用不当,给术中透视及穿针都造成困难。我院2010年6月—2011年2月在侧卧位下对24例股骨粗隆间骨折患者行内固定术,
