细胞凋亡调节基因GW112及GRIM-19的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 OLFM4GW112/hGC-1(olfactomedin 4,又名GW112,hGC-1)和GRIM-19(Genes assoeiated with retin-oid-IFN-induced mortality-19)是近年来发现的基因,它们通过多种机制来参与细胞凋亡。GW112是抗凋亡基因,促进肿瘤的生长,其在很多人类肿瘤中,特别是消化系统肿瘤中高表达。同时GW112与GRIM-19相互关联,而GRIM-19的正常表达可以维持细胞正常的生活周期,使细胞从衰老进入凋亡。近年来,GW112与GRIM-19受到人们的广泛关注,本文主要综述了二者与细胞凋亡的关系。
