摘要
针对用电信息采集与管理系统的电能数据自动采集、计量异常和电能质量监测、用电分析和需求侧管理功能的发展方向,分析了基于系统采集与分析功能的电能质量在线监测方式实现的可行性,并简要提出了综合评价方法。
In the light of the development goals of automatic data collection in power information collection and management system, measurement abnormity and power quality monitoring, as well as power analysis and demand side management, this paper analyzes the feasibility of the power quality online monitoring method based on the information collection and analysis system, and outlines the comprehensive evaluation method.
