摘要
介绍了铁塔设计在输电线路全寿命周期管理中所起的重要作用及铁塔概念设计的定义,通过对构件K形布置、K形构件节点板构造、构件规格的选择及避免辅助材端部连接螺栓数量受孔壁承压控制等四个概念设计的原理及应用方法的分析与论述,得出了概念设计在铁塔优化设计中的应用可以提高设计效率及质量、降低铁塔材料用量、充分发挥设计在全寿命周期管理中的积极作用的结论。
This paper highlights the importance of power tower design in the transmission line life-cycle management, and defines conceptual design of power tower. The four conceptual design priciples and their applications are analyzed, i.e. K-layout of components, K-joint plate formation, selection of component specifications and adjustment for auxiliary material end bolt number unlimited by bore wall pressure control. Therefore, it is concluded that the application of conceptual design to power tower optimization can enhance design efficiency and quality, reduce the material consumption, and fully exert the importance of design in the life-cycle management.
