Development and Application of Wireless Pulling Force Measuring Instruments

摘要 线路施工中,尤其是铁塔组立施工中对主要受力绳索受力情况,一般采取理论计算、经验估计、或者串接拉力计获得,特别需要一种方便的、能实时监控、读取拉线等主要受力绳索受力情况的装置。为此研发了(多种系列)无线拉力测量仪,具有体积小、携带安装方便、连续工作时间长、量程广、读数精确度高等特点,适合用于现场荷载监控,为施工现场控制数据化提供了便捷可靠的工具。 During tranmission line construction, especially the erection of tower group, the force on the major ropes are usually calculated theoretically, estimated empirically, or obtained by connecting tensiometers in series. Thus it is essential to develop a convenient instrument, which can perform real-time monitoring and measure the force on the major ropes. Therefore, various series of wireless pulling force measuring instruments have been developed, superior in small size ," ease to carry and install, long working hours, wide measurement range, high reading accuracy, etc. These developed instruments, applicable to on-site load monitoring, can provide convenient and reliable tools for the digitalized construction site control.
