摘要
针对变频调速型风电提水系统在高风速条件下可能出现的风机转速过快、输出电压过高并导致控制器和负载设备损坏的现象,提出了串联制动控制方法,保证系统在高叶尖速比区域稳定与安全运行。通过计算机仿真,比较新方法与传统并联制动控制方法的控制特性,并搭建实验平台,验证控制系统的有效性。仿真和实验结果表明,采用新方法的系统有效运行风速范围宽,在高风速时制动功率低,直流母线电压始终保持在最佳的安全范围内,具有良好的应用价值和前景。
Considering the issues may happen involving the excessively high speed rotation of wind turbine and the over voltage output which damage the load and controller when applying the wind-electric pumping sys- tem with converter driven in high wind speed conditions,a series braking control method to ensure the stable and safe operation of the system with high tip-speed ratio was presented. The effectiveness and validity of the control system are verified by establishing experimental system and comparing the corresponding control char- acteristics between the proposed new method and the traditional parallel braking method in MatlabTM/Simulink simulation environment. Simulations and experiments demonstrate that with the proposed method the system can work at more wide range of wind speed. Particularly in high wind speed conditions, the system can keep DC link voltage stable with low braking power. The proposed method bears good application prospects for the future.
