摘要 针对煤矿井下6kV供电系统中主井提升机电容器组投切时产生的开关暂态过程危害,设计一种基于DSP2812相控开关技术的无功补偿系统。分析了矿井提升机负荷对矿井电网的影响,计算出各个运行阶段需要补偿的无功量,采用全波傅氏算法计算电参数,通过LABVIEW实时检测电压电流信号的过零点,利用人工神经网络算法进行分合闸时间预测并介绍了在DSP中算法的实现,建立整体Matlab仿真模型,最后,通过实际矿井电网的测试运行,电网电压波动减小,波形畸变基本消失,证明了系统的可行性。 For the hazards of switch transient process which is produced by cutting condenser group in 6 kV power-supply system in coal mining,designed a reactive power compensation device based on DSP2812 phased switch technology, The mine hoist loadrs influence on the cable networks in coal mine was analyzed, amount of reactive power needed to compensate on each operation and the electrical parameter with full-wave fourier algo- rithm were calculated,the zero-cross of voltage and current's signal was detected by the LABVIEW all the time, used artificial neural network algorithm to predict the time of break and close and introduced the realiza- tion of the algorithm in DSP, established a Matlab model. Finally, through the effective test running in mine electric network, the voltage fluctuation decreases, the distortion of waveform disappears,which proves the feasibility of the system.
