一种新的电动车用IPMSM弱磁方法研究

摘要 在电动车用内置式永磁同步电机矢量控制系统中,对其恒转矩区控制性能的研究居多。而电动车实际运行工况复杂,对IPMSM的变速范围和转矩要求较高。针对这一现状,在分析IPMSM的数学模型的基础上,提出了一种新的电动车用内置式永磁同步电机弱磁控制算法,开展了全速域范围的IPMSM矢量控制研究。仿真结果表明该算法在宽调速范围内动态性能良好,而且区间转换平稳,具有良好的响应特性。 The research on performance in constant torque region is a majority when study interior perma- nent magnet synchronous mortor used in electric vehicles. However,the real operating conditions of electric ve- hicles ,which have requirements for wide operating region and torque, are very complicated. As for this phe- nomenon ,a new flux-weakening control algorithm used in electric vehicles based on the mathematical model of IPMSM was proposed. The full-speed region research of IPMSM was done. The simulation results show that the algorithm provides good dynamic response in wide-speed region, smooth transitions when regions change and good response features.
