摘要
全民食用加碘盐作为一项国策在我国被广泛推行,但由于地域性及人群的差异性,出现诸多问题。现阶段在基本消除碘缺乏病而达到预期目标的情况下,应具体分析我国人民膳食中碘的需要量和摄入量现状,加强专业指导与服务,减少碘盐于人体健康作用的认识误区,强化碘营养监测以实施科学补碘。
Iodized salt has been practiced nation -wide as a national policy. But without consideration of regional differences and group differences, many problems arise. Currently, since we have met the target of elimihating iodine - deficiency related disease, we should make objective analysis of the daily amount of demand and intake of iodine in our food, which involves professional directions and services, prevention of misunderstanding of it^dine to our heahh and strengthening supervision of iodine nutrition for scientific iodized salt intake.
