当前我国城市休闲餐饮发展势头猛,赢利能力强;呈多圈层、次递发展态势,地区差异明显;西式休闲餐饮加速扩张,竞争激烈,中式休闲餐饮步步为营,蓄势待发。随着我国社会经济的发展与都市文明的演进,休闲餐饮将迎来更好的发展机遇。
