常压消失模铸造工艺在大扭曲叶轮生产中的应用

Application of Normal Pressure Lost Foam Casting to Big Warping Blade Wheel

分析了大扭曲叶轮的结构特点和技术要求,论述了常压消失模铸造叶轮工艺,探讨了叶轮消失模铸造过程中应注意的问题。经生产验证,用常压消失模铸造生产大扭曲叶轮叶片完全适用不利起模工况条件下的生产。

The structural features and technological requirement of big blade wheel were analyzed, and the normal pressure lost foam casting process of blade wheel as well as the key points should be paid more attention to during the production were discussed. The result indicates that the normal pressure lost foam casting is suitable for production of castings like big warping blade wheel, which are difficult for pattern drawing.
