摘要
低压铸造是铜合金卫浴五金件主要成形工艺之一,利用ProCAST专业铸造模拟软件,研究了铜合金卫浴五金件低压铸造充型和凝固过程,获得了该产品低压铸造过程温度场、流场。模拟结果显示,初始方案在铸件关键部位将产生明显的缩孔、缩松现象。根据模拟结果和理论分析,改进初始工艺方案,并对改进后的工艺方案重新进行数值模拟。结果表明,改进后工艺方案明显减少缩孔缩松缺陷;将改进后的工艺方案投入试生产,产品抽检结果与模拟结果基本吻合。
The ProCAST software was used to simulate the mold-filling and solidification processes of copper alloy bathroom hardwares, and the flow and temperature distribution of the filling stage were obtained. The simulation results indicate that obvious shrinkage occurs in key parts of the casting by using of the original process. According to the theoretical analysis and experimental verification, the original process was improved and then simulated. Results show that shrinkage was reduced obviously. The improved process was put into trial production, and the results of random test were basically consistent with the simulation results.
