摘要
通过震动筛砂、950℃高温灼烧、发气性测量、抗拉及抗压强度测试等试验,研究了撞击+离心联合再生+风选分离工艺和单一离心再生工艺对呋喃树脂再生砂质量和型砂工艺性能的影响。研究结果表明:联合再生工艺处理后的呋喃树脂再生砂的灼烧减量降至2.83%,而经风选分离作用后,再生砂的微粉含量降至0.45%,型砂的24 h终强度达到0.86 MPa,可脱模时间控制在15 min以内,发气量则降至15 mL/g以下,联合再生效果明显优于单一离心再生工艺。
The furan resin sand was reclaimed with a combined process of impact+centrifugal reclamation+winnowing and the process of only centrifugal reclamation, respectively. The properties of reclaimed furan resin sand were investigated by sand vibrating, baking at 950 ℃, measurement of gas evolution, as well as the tensile and compression strength test. Experimental results show that the LOI of the furan resin sand reclaimed with the combined process declines to 2.83%, and its content of dust declines to 0.45%. The 24 h tensile strength of the moulding sand increases up to 0.86 MPa, the stripping time is controlled within 15 min, and the gas evolution declines to below 15 mL/g, which are obviously superior to the sand reclaimed with sin qle centrifugal process.
